Take one teaspoon daily. This product is best taken in the mornings on an empty stomach with warm water.
Take one to two tablespoons daily, alone, in a beverage, such as a smoothie, tea, juice, or mixed-in food such as baked goods, soups, smoothie bowls etc.
Add 1 tbsp of herbs to 2 cups of boiling water.
Switch off the stove & let sit for 15 minutes.
