shipping policy
Please allow for up to 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Our aim is to ship your order on the next day for orders placed before 6pm (excluding weekends shipping is mon-fr only). We have free shipping available for orders over £23.50. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes and you would need to manage your order with the courier directly. We are unable to take any responsibility or replace orders due to missed deliveries or where the incorrect shipping details have been provided.

Refund policy / damaged items
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is not as described/advertised or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 24hours of receipt of any issues via divinehealslondon.com so we can ensure these are investigated and rectified.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund you should have contacted us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you once we’ve investigated the matter and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
